My partner and I have been offered jobs in Jakarta. we would like to know what the Gay Scene is like and is it safe as a Gay couple to live there.

I used to live in Jakarta, now living in Bali. It is a lot nicer in Bali though. I suggest you try living in central area of Jakarta.
