| 1. These rates only apply to bookings made through this webpage. 2. Bookings must be confirmed by e-mail 3. As the person making the booking, your contract is with Connect Guesthouse. You accept responsibility for making all payments relating to the booking, and informing both Dragoncastle and Connect Guesthouse of any changes you may request.
4. Deposit is not required for reservations but you must provide credit card details to secure the booking. We will not charge anything to your card in advance. 5. Cancellation made less than 14 days before check in will be subject to a fee equivalent of two nights accommodation, and will be charged to your credit card 6. No Show = Connect Guesthouse will charge your credit card the full amount of your entire booking. You will be barred from making any future bookings. 7. We do not charge any joiner fee for guests. We do not accept any guests below 18 years of age. 8. Airport pickup available on request at 600 baht
9. Rates include tax & service charges. ALL check-ins are at Connect restaurant. The restaurant and reception is open from 8 am until midnight. Please send an email if you want to check in before 8 in the morning or after midningtht. If you arrange transfer to Connect by yourself tell the driver to go to Patong Beach, Paradise Complex (way out), Connect Guesthouse. It's a 40 minute drive from the airport or 30 minutes from Phuket town. Have lots of fun & take care!
