| | | HOTEL BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
| 1. As the person making the booking, your contract is with the hotel and not with Dragoncastle.net or Avalon Online. You accept responsibility for making all payments relating to the booking, and informing the hotel of any changes you may request.
2. You accept responsibility for ensuring that both Dragoncastle and the hotel are informed in advance if you decide to cancel the booking. You further agree to be responsible for payment of any no-show and/or cancellation charges and agree to such charges being deducted from your credit card, or to pay such charges in a way required by the hotel.
3. You accept that the price shown on the dragoncastle.net website on the date you made the booking is subject to change by the hotel and such changes are beyond the control of dragoncastle.net which acts as a booking agent only. You will be given the option to cancel your booking with no penalty if short notice changes to prices are made by the hotel.
4. You understand and agree to the rates and terms shown on the website booking form, and understand and agree to what is included and what is not included in those rates.
5. You accept responsibility for completing the details on the booking form truthfully and with due care. Neither dragoncastle.net, nor the hotel will be responsible for any problems arising as a result of you completing the booking form incorrectly.
6. You agree that if you fail to honor the booking you made without giving prior notice ("no-show"), your credit card will be billed at the prevailing rate as specified by the hotel.
